CmY Consultants was founded by Charles Yates to help clients to profitably develop, finance and operate renewable and other infrastructure projects. We pride ourselves on working closely and effectively with clients to co-develop effective solutions which deliver secure, sustainable energy which create lasting value.
Charles is a specialist in regulated utilities with a passion for policy and transactions which are sustainable and deliver value. He has advised on the procurement of more than £1.4billion of transmission links from four offshore wind farms to the on-shore grid. Additionally as a Governor of London South East Colleges Group and a member of the Finance Committee I am pleased to be directing an important part of the local community which is serving 13,000 students with a £52m turnover.
