Charles is a specialist in regulated utilities with a passion for policy and transactions which are sustainable and deliver value. He has advised on the procurement of more than £1.4billion of transmission links from four offshore wind farms to the on-shore grid. Additionally as a Governor of London South East Colleges Group and a member of the Finance Committee I am pleased to be directing an important part of the local community which is serving 13,000 students with a £52m turnover.

• Jeffrey Beyer
Jeffrey is a low carbon strategy consultant specialising in policy and programme design and implementation, public partnerships, technology pathways and strategies for cementing behaviour change.
He as worked extensively in UK renewable energy markets, especially onshore and offshore wind, and is experienced at developing business plans and strategies for government incubators and Catapults. He also has considerable international experience, in the US and Canada, South America, Africa and Asia, in areas including energy efficiency, renewables, waste-to-energy, and energy systems.
His diverse experience allows him to integrate a disparate set of approaches to generate creative solutions. He grounds his engaging communications on a bedrock of evidence and structured problem solving, working comprehensively whilst getting the details right.
Jeffrey holds an MSc Environmental Change and Management from Oxford University and a combined Honours in Economics and Psychology from Carleton University, in Canada
• Mark Pepper
Mark is an accomplished management professional with significant project and commercial experience. He has considerable knowledge of offshore wind and marine renewable technologies, and engineering.
This has been founded on a strong background within the construction industry, often managing multi-disciplined teams and stakeholders through all phases of a project.
Originally working in Industrial Design, Mark has developed wide-ranging experience in a number of industry sectors utilising strong team management and leadership skills to effectively motivate and communicate at all levels. He is regularly engaged as the lead consultant, taking a project through from feasibility to handover including coordinating specialist consultants and contractors and negotiating statutory approvals and consents.
He has the experience and the ability to establish and implement client requirements, develop effective proposals, identify specialist requirements and grasp technical issues to progress a proposal through to successful implementation.
